Frank and Judy Davey purchased 50 acres in the year 2001, and designed a barn to be built in the future. Their daughter Karissa Dawdy and her husband Jason built their house in 2003 as the barn was getting the finishing touch ups. When Karissa's house was finshed, Judy and Frank were beginning to build their dream home and their house was finished in 2005.
